2. Eligibility

3. Account Activation & Fees

- Traffic: Workers must pay a one-time activation fee of KSH 200 to participate in paid social media tasks. Content creators can join the platform for free.
- Digital Skills: Users can access a free trial of any digital course, which includes limited access to chapter one and 10 questions. Full access to courses requires enrollment at a fee.

4. User Conduct

By using this platform, you agree to adhere to the following rules:

  • You will not engage in any activity that violates any laws or regulations.
  • You will not submit false information or impersonate another person or entity.
  • You will not engage in activities that could damage or disrupt the platform or its services.
  • You will not attempt to hack, exploit, or bypass the security measures of the website.
  • You will not post, upload, or share inappropriate, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments made for account activation or course enrollment are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Users are responsible for ensuring they meet the requirements before making any payment. Referral payments (KSH 100 per referral) are issued after successful activation of referred users and are non-refundable.workers payments are processed every week on friday

6. Intellectual Property

The content, branding, logos, and design of the Traffic & Digital Skills platform are the exclusive property of Youth Fraternity and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any material from this platform is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy

We value your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this platform, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a secure and reliable platform, Traffic & Digital Skills cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from the use or inability to use the platform, whether due to technical issues, user actions, or third-party interference.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect any violation of these terms, illegal activity, or misuse of the platform. Users whose accounts are terminated will forfeit any remaining balance or access to services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Traffic & Digital Skills platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
